SGP changing Filters between each Flats

Hello,

I am taking my flats using SGP with its Flats Calibration wizard and the flats wizard.
Now what I noticed is when running the flats wizard with i.e. 3 different filters, SGP is switching
Filters between each frame. So it is not taking all flats of blue afterwards green or so, it doing Blue-Green-Blue-Green and so on…

Why is this like that ?

Probably because the targets that the flats exist within is set to rotate through filters.
