SGP doesn't open at start up

Last night while logging on to SGP I was greeted by a Windows pop up “Sequence Generator Pro has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.”
First time this has happened. I’m using a Mac Book Pro, VMWare Fusion 8.1.1, Windows 10 Home version 1511, Sequence Generator 2.5.0.23.

I have a screen shot of the SGP start up screen which shows “initializing logs” at the time of this login failure and that is consistent each time I try. Trouble Shooting from Windows 10 is of no help. It doesn’t recognize a problem has occurred. I’ll attach the screen shot. I realize this may be more of a Windows problem then a SGP problem. Any thoughts would help.

Likely 1 of 2 things is causing the problem:

1 - something is messed up with the UI settings. To fix run the following from the run dialog in windows:
c:\Program Files (x86)\Sequence Generator\Sequence Generator.exe /reset

2 - Your default profile is messed up. To fix browse into:
%localappdata%\SequenceGenerator\Sequence Generator Pro
And move out all the .sgp files.
