I’m stuck on step 3 in plate solving. Not sure if I’m doing it correctly, but after it fails it goes into a blind state. Do I need to do a star alignment of sorts first?
What error message is it giving when it fails?
And no, you don’t need to do a star alignment first, but I generally do (or just do a warm restart and reuse my old alignment) as it makes sure the first slew is close to my final target.
