SGP Will Not Load?

This just happened - I was using it fine last night.

I’m in Windows 10 and hit the SGP icon to start the program and nothing. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the program - still wouldn’t load.

Tried the Command Prompt with “recover” and “reset” - that allowed about 2 seconds of the SGP splash screen and then nothing? The last thing I see is “checking license status”

I’m using 3.0.3.169 - any ideas on how to get SGP back?

Found a solution from another post:

I got it working by deleting the parent folder the where logs were stored. In my case the path was \users\AppData\Local\SequenceGenerator.

Once I deleted that folder, I was able to run SGP.

FYI, the coming 3.1 release of SGPro will no longer be subject to that issue.
