SGP will not run

I have had to revert to version 2.3.14.2531 since version 2.3.15.2568 refuses to run. The program did run initially but crashed during a plate solve attempt and refused to run thereafter. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.

Not sure. Maybe your settings are corrupted. Try to re-install 2.3.15 and start it from the command line with:

Sequence Generator.exe /reset

Hi Ken,

So, the program will run from the command line with the reset argument, It will still not run via the normal method. Any ideas?

Open SGPro. Go to the help - > open log folder menu item. Go “up” one directory from there and then delete that entire directory.

Uninstall SGPro, reinstall (possibly consider installing the 2.4 beta).

  1. Open SGPro. Go to the help - > open log folder menu item.
  2. Close SGPro
  3. In the file explorere, go “up” one directory from there and then delete that entire directory.
  4. Uninstall SGPro, reinstall (possibly consider installing the 2.4 beta).

Nice one Ken, problem solved.

Another point, I found SGPro reporting multiple problems with the drivers for my SBIG camera. Is this a known issue? Reconnecting the camera solves the problem but a bit of a pain. When it is up an running there seems to be no probem, issues happen during the equipment setup phasE.
