Description

*With the recomendations for taking Flat Darks for some CMOS cameras and in my case even eliminating Bias (just Lights, Darks with exactly same exp time as the Lights, Flats and Flat Darks), Is it posible to add to the Sequence the option for labeling the flat dark frames as such?

Logs

To get logs: In SGPro click the Help->Open Log or if you are looking for logs from a previous session, Help->Open Log Folder and search by date.

I certainly hope this option will be added…as it now stands, you have to use the DARK option as you cannot set the exposure with the BIAS option should you opt for adding FLAT DARKS.

Not automatically, but, for now, this is a great use of the “suffix” field in the event table. Choose a frame type of “Dark” and then add something like “FD” to the suffix field for every event that is a flat dark. Make sure that %su is part of your file naming pattern and all of your flat darks will be properly labelled.
