Shutter doesn't close

In the last two night we have found the shutter open at the end session. Could it be related to the problem of index described some days ago:

No, those issue are unrelated. SGPro sent the command to close the observatory shutter at 4/2/2020 5:05:04, but the observatory never reported closed, so SGPro moved on with the shutdown. You will need corresponding Observatory logs to troubleshoot.

I know that the error is related to the shutter, but I have just a doubt because few seconds before there is an error on an index that remind me a problem wtih data.
