Star analysis

Question: I’m using frame and focus to get initial focus and a “look at” what in the frame but I’ve noticed my download speed seems to be slower lately. I’m wondering if “star analysis” is slowing down the speed. Is there anyway to turn this off since I dont need it to just take a quick pick.

Sure, just disable image history on the Image History Module.

I have posted a similar question. I have image history turned off but I still get the “analyzing star data” message. Is that normal?

Yes, you may see it very briefly when image history is disabled. Like 1-2 seconds at the most.
