Support for ASCOM CoverCalibrator type

Currently, SGP uses direct serial communication for working with covers and/or flat panels. Request inclusion of support for the new ASCOM CoverCalibrator device type.

Details:

To clarify, this will include both Flat panels and Flip covers, as well as FlipFlats.
