I set SGP to to compensate with 110 steps/deg and to refocus every 1 degree temp change. Regarding the fits headers it looks like the compensation does not work.
A red point is the focusposition-temperature-pair of one fits file. With compensation these should be aligned parallel to the dashed line. What’s going wrong here?

Solution: You have to reduce the temperature compensation minimum threshold by defining a variable temp_comp_min_step_threshold.
