This is a notice that the U.S. Government is on track to shut down at midnight EST. If this happens, pretty much all of NASA will be furloughed and, when this has happened in the past, somebody hits the switch and turns SkyView off just before they lock the door. I do not know how long the shutdown will last, but we can look to see if any new DSS providers are available. It is highly likely that the MFW will be unable to fetch canvases for framing or mosaics during this time.
In any event, use the next 9 hours to download and cache any mosaic canvases you may want to image in the near future. If you have an image in cache, the MFW will not attempt to fetch a new canvas.
