I got it working! I had to put the APM and UCAC3 database folders in the directory that PS2 was looking for them (in my case that was: C:\Users…\Appdata\Local\SequenceGenerator).
I then checked Comdlg32.ocx was in the Windows/SysWOW64 folder and then typed the following at the command prompt:
regsvr32 %Systemroot%\SysWOW64\comdlg32.ocx
Hit enter and then it worked!
