This unexpected behavior applies to all recent SGP versions in the last year. The sequence below is a simple one that I use to take flat frames. It only connects to camera and filter wheel and the sequence has no other connections or options. Half the filter exposures are taken without a diffuser over the flat panel and the other half do. I use event prompts to change over the flat panel, but after the prompts, the sequence ends, though resuming carries on just fine. I am not sure why it is doing it, however.
