V 2.5.1.12 QSI camera exception

When trying a sequence run with my QSI 683, I get an exception:

David.

I’m using the same camera - no problems AFAIK. Is this consistent or a one-off?

It happened to me more than once, so I’ve now moved back to the release version 2.5.0.23 with no problems so far.

That is likely coincidental. The only differences between 2.5.0 and 2.5.1 deal with auto focus and a few misc sequencing fixes. There have been no changes to the QSI code in SGPro for quite some time.

Thanks Ken,
I will carry on using 2.5.0.23 and see if it happens again.
But any reason why it happened at all?

Usually a bad USB cable, bad USB hub or unpowered USB hub. This is also my personal camera and I have not experienced any issues getting data off the camera in 2.5.1.

I will look at my cables/connection, and try again with 2.5.1.
There is no USB hub involved and the cable came with the QSI.
Thanks.
David.
