I’m trying to create a small interface box that allows me to run scripts and turn things on and off. My thoughts turned to the simple serial RTS triggers that work for the old EOS cameras. I would like to operate it via a VBS script after a SGP event. It is many years since I programmed and I thought (mistakenly) that I would find something on the Internet. My hardware is working, since Craig Stark’s DSLR shutter operates it. I found a VBS script on the covington site but it did not actuate.
Does anyone know of a simple VBS script to operate a RTS style shutter release or a website that would point me in the right direction?
