Win 10 Enterprise and Dotnet 4.7.2/SGP 3.1.0.457

Upgraded to SGP Pro 3.1.0.457 and when I launch the new install, I get error message indicating that the current version requires DotNet 4.7.2. But, when I go to install the new dotnet version, I get another install error indicating that the required version of dotnet is not compatible with my OS Version which is Win 10 Enterprise Build 1909. I’m running that on a Primaluce Eagle II PRO. Am I at the end of the Eagle?

Is this the one you are trying to install Download .NET Framework 4.8 Offline Installer ??

Yes. I tried this one and 4.7.2. After doing some additional research, I found that I’m not the only one experiencing this issue with SGP and Win 10 Enterprise. 2 choices-go completely with another astro software solution (which I’m ok with) or downgrade the Eagle to Win 10 Pro.

Please contact PrimaLuce, they have documented the process to upgrade to a newer Enterprise edition.

I upgraded to W10 Pro on my Eagle 3 and it works great.

Read this,

I purchased W10 off Ebay for about $6.00.

Just did the Win 10 Pro thing. Not looking back. All’s good! Thanks to those that responded.
