Happens when the wizard completes, and clicking on the Save button.

Logs may help. Do you have your profiles stored in the normal location or do you have them saved elsewhere?

I store the profiles on the cloud (OneDrive) they are synced on my imaging PC. This allows to prep them up before an imaging session from my desktop machine.

Will attempt to find the logs from that night and share, most probably tonight CET.
