HiFocusing a OSC is always a pain
If you bin the focusing frame the debayer pattern is effectively removed and focusing
is much easier
Yes, but probably not in the immediate future.
A true statement. Easier said than done with DSLR cameras
Unfortunately, binning is not an option for me since I use a Canon 60Da.
Harry are you saying: If you have a OSC and binning is an option, then do it!
Binning doesn't have to be done on chip, it can be done in software. It's quite easy,
Chris are you saying there is a way to bin a DSLR?
For focusing I always use bin ( 2x2) This gives me much better result , the only problem is if you are focusing at very short FL and then might not have a good enough image scale.Regards
