Sorry if this has been asked many times before, but I can’t find it. My new download trial version doesn’t have Pro features. Is there a switch I need to activate?

This occasionally happens with the machine is offline when it attempts to start up a trial. Go to Help>>License Information and click “Refresh License” that should get you a trial started up.
