Add Lowest SGP2 Star Mass to File Name Key, restart the current frame & option for park telescope

In SGP2, Star mass or star SNR are work like sky temperature sensor. It very useful to determine if there is any cloud hit the frame.

Adding these option to SGP will be very useful:

  1. Adding minimum star mass to file name key will be very useful to grading captured subs without any process.

  1. Option to restart the current frame when current or average star mass drop below some threshold.

  2. Use it as alternative cheap option to “ASCOM Safety Monitor Device” to stop the running sequence after some threshold. Then telescope can park & close the roof by end of sequence option. There must be some way to prevent conflict with guide star loss sequence recovery.
