Add Support for MallinCam cameras

Please enable use of the excellent MallinCam line of deep sky cameras with SGP. I purchased SGP but am sorely disappointed that only my ZWO guider is supported. With this capability gap I cannot recommend SGP to my colleagues or students.

SGP should be able to use the Mallincam Universe through their ASCOM driver:

The deep sky workhorse MallinCam DS10C is not supported by SGP.
