I was cleaning up my hard drive today and noticed that I have three different sets of http://astrometry.net index files
One is in C:/cygwin and probably comes from an AstroTortilla install.
The second is in c:/Users/Me/AppData/Local/cygwin_ansvr/usr/share/astrometry/data
The third is in c:/User/Me/AppData/Local/Astrometry/usr/share/astrometry/data
Which data set does ANSVR use and is there any way to point AstroTortilla and ANSVR at the same set of index files so I can save a pretty good chunk of drive space?
I would first suggest you to remove the cygwin install from AstroTortilla (AT) (the one in c:/cygwin for sure)
and point AT to ansvr, not just share indexes (details should be provided on AT forum).
On my computer, I only have:
C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\cygwin_ansvr\usr\share\astrometry\data
Concerning your third folder, try to rename it and see if ansvr is still ok. I don’t have anything equivalent on my computer.
