My friend and I have both been doing virtual star parties for local organizations during COVID and there is one option that would make this a bit easier.
We use “Find and Focus” to take the brief (60-240 sec) exposures during the parties. We need to display the images in a software (usually PI) that allows a more accurate stretch - so that means having to save each image and load it into PI.
It would be great to have a checkbox in “Frame and Focus” to allow auto-saving to a directory (probably whatever directory is already set up in the sequence dialog). That plus a place to specify the filename (something like Star Party-1, etc.)
