I am using the latest software and a Atik 16200, for some reason when downloading a frame the status will just show it as DOWNLOADING and the green bar keeps loading, this forces me to restart the hardware and software
but no data

Hard to say what is going on without the corresponding logs from the camera. All SGPro knows is that the camera has issued an error saying that it can’t start integration because the camera is not idle.

I will address the “hang” part, but I can’t be sure why the camera is in that state.
At the moment it is working after a full uninstall of SGP inc profile. After taking some frames it doing the same thing…
