End of Sequence Events

I would like to start to use SGP to turn things off and park my mount/scope when the sequence ends. How do I go about this?

In the TARGET LIST there is an option to “End sequence at XXXXXXX today” So if I want to stop imaging at say 04:00hrs do I just put that time in there and check the box and it will stop taking pics at that time? Also, if I check the “Disconnect all equipment at sequence end” how will I be able to park the mount/telescope?

I would like my telescope/mount to go to its park position (Park 3) when the sequence ends and I see in CONTROL PANEL under “Telescope” Telescope Options/data - there is an option to “park when sequence completes” how will SGP know to park it into Park 3 (my mount is an AP1100GTO).

Appreciate any help on this.

SGP simply issues a park command to the mount, and whatever the mount
driver says is the park position that’s where it goes. In your case, you
need to open the AP ASCOM settings and choose “Unpark From” and Park To:"
and set it to Park 3:

Technically speaking, the sequence doesn’t “end” until the mount it parked,
so if you choose “disconnect all equipment at sequence end” it won’t
disconnect anything until the mount is reported as parked.

Hi Joel,

Appreciate the reply. I will set it up.

Cheers

I’d like to add another question, since the Park at the end of a sequence appears to have stopped working on 3.0.1.0. I have a gemini-2 controller on my G11. The park at the end worked in 2.x. Is there something else I should be checking for?
