Failed meridian flip with 10 Micron GM1000HPS

Hi there,

I have only just started using SGP v2 and have a problem with meridian flip failing (log posted below)

I am using the late Per Frejvall ASCOM driver and SGP v2.6.1.106.

Wondering if you could help diagnose…

Hi Nick.

I am replying from my office, so not near my notes at home. I have a GM1000HPS and GM2000HPS (at home obs and also a remote obs) and there is an older thread on here and also on the 10 Micron forum regarding the relevant settings.

I will do my best to recall them now as I type:

In the 10 Micron HC, set Flip slew tolerance to 3 degrees; Flip Guide tolerance to 5 degrees.
in SGP set time to meridian flip to -5; tick wait for meridian.

If you get any issue I’m happy for you to contact me via PM and I’ll do my best to help you (just note I’m away until the start of next week though).
