Failed to Meridian Flip

Last night my imaging session ended abruptly at 00:55 (last image downloaded), the message was that it failed to perform meridian flip, however this was not the failure, the failure was due to it failing to Plate Solve the image, the meridian flip was successful, this is the extract from the logs:

[06/10/2016 01:13:27] [DEBUG] [Telescope Thread] Astrometry.NET - Failed to solve image.
[06/10/2016 01:13:27] [DEBUG] [Telescope Thread] Auto center validation frame solve failed. Failed to solve image

It then attempted this again
[06/10/2016 01:21:22] [DEBUG] [Telescope Thread] Astrometry.NET - Failed to solve image.
[06/10/2016 01:21:33] [DEBUG] [Recovery Sequence Thread] Recovery: Auto center failed failed. Failed to solve and sync the current position.

Until the time when this targets time limit was reached:
[06/10/2016 01:38:29] [DEBUG] [Recovery Sequence Thread] Sequence recovery aborted due to target / sequence end time…
[06/10/2016 01:38:29] [DEBUG] [Recovery Sequence Thread] Closing recovery dialog…

[06/10/2016 01:38:39] [DEBUG] [Pier Flip Thread] Meridian Flip: Procedure complete

However there were other targets in my sequence after this target, but SGPro decided to abandon the sequence completely, I do see this in the logs:

[06/10/2016 01:39:41] [DEBUG] [Sequence Thread] DoEventGroupChange: Changing to event group: M33 - Triangulum Galaxy
[06/10/2016 01:39:41] [DEBUG] [Sequence Thread] DoEventGroupChange: Waiting for start time 06/10/2016 01:30:00…

However there was already an abort sent:

Surely this should not have happened?
