Hello, I check past post and I could not find the answer to this question.

Can you autofocus with focus an frame? I know you can set autofocus when you start a target but can you autofocus without setting a target and running the sequence?

Yes, there are two ways.
Go to Control Panel/Focus Tab then Run

Another way is to add the Focus control module onto your SGP desktop and click Run from there.
