Incorrect DATE-OBS and DATE-LOC in saved frame/focus image fits headers

Description

When saving framing & focus images, the fits header date for DATE-OBS and DATE-LOC is not correct, it is saved as 1901 01 01. can you please update to save the correct date?

it’s handy to create some images (paritcularly while testing) without having to resort to a full seuence, but incorrect date makes subsequent processing and plate solving a challenge

This defect was observed when the camera does not provide its own internal notion of when a frame started integration. It will be fixed in 3.1.0.450.
