Back in 2016 nebulasaurus asked if a looping function could be added to SGP. Looping is especially valuable to variable star observers who wish to visit several FOVs during the night to build up time series data on more than one target. At this point in SGPs development this feature is no available as it is in many programs. Example: BVIBVI target 1, BVIBVI target 2, BVIBVI Target 1, BVIBVI target 2, etc. I was wondering if adding this feature had been considered for addition. I realize it probably is not of much use to the majority as astrophotographers but it might attract the attention of variable star observers.
