Nikon cameras crashing SGP (SOLVED!)

Looks like a simple missing file packaging error. Any official bug reporting software I can report this to?

First tried copying this file from APT, but got a 32-bit instead of 64-bit error. Then downloaded the 64 bit md files from:

and manually copied it into the SGP directory and now it works.

Seems like we need to update our Nikon MAID files (though it seems folks may be better served by just using the Nikon ASCOM driver).
