It would be really handy if the notification system supported webhooks … ie. just the ability for user to provide a URL and SGP then POSTS the notification data to the supplied URL. Very simple but would enable all kinds of triggers and integrations with other web services for triggering emails, text messages, logging … pretty much anything.
