When i start a sequence sometimes the autoguider (i use MGEN 3) needs some time to guide correcty. Therefore it could be a problem to get a clean picture for plate solving and it could probably fail.
Is there a way to pause the sequence after the telescope has slewed to the target object and i have time to adjust the autoguider to work?
Not in an automated fashion. You could always right click on your target, use the “Slew To” or “Center On” options and from there setup your guider. Then just click the “Run Sequence” button in SGP once you’re ready to go.
