I’m happy to report that the new Pempro and SGP releases work fine for the polar align wizard in Pempro. I’m still running a sequence right now, but I’ll post the logs tomorrow.

It worked great Ray. No problems. Well, except for user error. My PA was
less than 1arcmin to start but I decided to try and refine it
further…only to struggle to get it back to 1arcmin!

Yea, I’ve had trouble with the polar alignment tool in PP also… I think it’s user error though.

Even quicker and same accuracy (or better), the Right Angle polar alignment scope → if you have an A-P mount! 
Of course, neither will work if you can’t see the celestial pole.

Yea, I still think it’s just user error on my part. Yours is the easiest of the methods I’ve tried. I like the ‘circle’.
