Per event dither on or dither after >= X seconds of exposure

I just started using the per event actions to set gain and offset as I have both NB and RGB targets in a sequence.

Because RGB (even at a lower gain) can be a pretty short exposures I would normally set dithering to every 3 frames, but I don’t want that for NB (600 second subs).

So, it seems it would be nice to either have “dither every X frames” as a per event option OR maybe a global setting that dithered between frames only if it has been Y seconds or greater since the last dither.
