Why does SGP insist that I select a plate solver to do a sequence that only contains flats, darks and bias?
In your sequence control panel, make sure no options are selected anywhere that might require a plate solver such as centering, flip, etc… Even if you have no plate solver or mount selected, those options will still trigger the need for a plate solver. At least that’s what I’ve found.

I ended up making a separate equipment profile for calibration files.
Only thing that connects is the camera for Bias and camera and filterwheel for flats.
I don’t even connect the mount or guide camera for that matter.
