I have been noticing that the status indicates plate solve image is being taken and it shows what the exposure length of that shot will be but it doesn’t show the progress in time. I suggest it would be an improvement to the software.
Are you suggesting to add a countdown timer? The progress bar should be indicating the percentage of time remaining for the frame.

I am suggesting that similar to when actual imaging is taking place we could see the green bar making progress and the time counting down the exposure time showing actual seconds that remain. When something remains static people may worry that something is not right, especially that when imaging it does exactly as I described.
