Hello,
I am starting a trial with SGP. I use a Nikon D90 and wish to use Deep Sky Stacker. Deep Sky Stacker recommends using RAW files but SGP saves my images as FITS. Is there a way to have SGP save the images as RAW files or does it make any difference?

FITS is a file format that can contain (among other things) raw images. I haven’t used DSS in a long time, but I think it is able to open FITS files.

You can specify the file output type in the Nixon settings menu.
Thanks
Jared
Many thanks for that.
