Sequence recovery aborted because the telescope has reached zenith

Hi all
yesterday night i tried to capture M101, but the sequence aborted.
Anyone has an explanation?

Looks like auto center failed and then continued to fail until the mount was at the meridian. At that point we gave up and shut down rather than continuing to track:
