SGP 2.6.0.25 runs but 2,6,1,114 doesn't HELP please

I have the same problem with SGP and Window 10 as Swag72
I’m running 2.6.1.114 on Win 10 laptop

Maxim DL 6.## runs
PHD2 runs
Backyard Nikon runs
I’ve tried un / re installing SGP, rebooting, tried running as admin…

All I get when I click on SGP is a small bull circle that does a couple of twirls twice then nowt
Help please

I’ve now tried a further uninstall of SGP and ascom 6.4 , reinstalled ascom 6.4 sp1 and sgp 2.6.1.114 but sgp won’t start.
I can open 2.5.0.25 but 2.6.1.114 still not responding

After many attempts at sorting this I went for the upgrade to 3.## and everything is now opening and hardware functioning - all sequences and equipment settings have been retained as well.

Not sure if you purchased 3.0 or are just on a trial. If you are on the trial and want to go back to 2.6 you can try running the reset command:

Hi Jared - Now on 3.0.3.151 which appears to be running OK. All my sequences and profiles have transferred which is very helpful.
