Hi there,

I am really new to SGP. I purchased a license on 11/5/2017. I read somewhere (I can not remember where, sorry) that one would have access for free to the new if purchased in the past 90 days. Is this correct?
If so, what should I do?

I bought my Sequence Generator on the 2nd December last year. I went onto the Main Sequence web site and downloaded v3, installed it and everything worked ok (apart from an Avast antivirus problem which I had great help from rockstarbill and Jared the developer). Suggest you try the same. Dead easy. Best of luck. Gerry

Anyone that purchased within 90 days of the release has already been upgraded to the 3.0 version. If you log into your account on our site you should see SGP3 listed. Just register additional machines like you did with SGP2.

Got into my account. Downloaded version 3.0. Got the info that the downloaded version was a
45 days try version. Exact day I purchased version 2: 05/11/2017. My undetstand is that I am within the 90 days period after purchase. Correct?

Or am I doing something wrong?

You need to register it just like SGP2.

If this is November 5th then yes. If this is May 11th then no.

Hi Jared,

It was November 5th. I was able to download the 3.0 to one of my computers.
The second one was broken and in the shop under repair. Of course, I was
not able to
download the 3.0 update, given the 3 month was over on February, 5th.

Would be possible to download the 3.0 for the second computer?

As a disclaimer: I would not have any problem, difficult to purchase a new
license
if needed in the near future.
