What is My License Number

You can find the current log via the help menu in SGP.

  • Bypass the registration prompt at startup
  • Go to Help>>Register This Machine and attempt registration
  • Go back to Help>>Report a Problem
    – Choose Current Session
    – Create a new ticket.

Or you can grab the most recent log from the Help>>Open Log Folder and email that to support@mainsequencesoftware.com.

I did that and padding error persists.

Under Help, I don’t see a choice "report a problem.

I also disabled 3.5 as was suggested by someone else in the forum and that didn’t work either.

Hmm, what version of SGP are you running? Should update to the latest for sure.
