WIndows update whacked SGP

Supporting one of my focus customers I attempted to launch SGP and the window would display, show checking license and then disappear, tried three times.
Found windows WER files for each, the error thrown was
TargetAppVer=2017//11//22:01:18:23!2846172!Sequence Generator.exe
BootId=4294967295

So to get around this I D/L’ed the latest but now am only on a trial license.
I checked the mainsequence account management page, shows the PC I am using with
PCNAME Version - 3.0.0.2

I tried SGP->Register this machine, enter name/pass and get ‘no license found’

Thoughts?

Thanks

Gene

Gene,
I sent you a PM.

Thanks,
Jared

Hi Jared, Thanks!

Any clue what in windows update may have whacked the previous SGP? Like a file not found, etc to cause
Sig[8].Name=Problem Signature 09
Sig[8].Value=System.NullReferenceException

?

Gene

I’m not sure. This is the first I’ve heard of this. Unfortunately those values don’t really map to anything.

Thanks
Jared
